There’s so much information out there in the world that it is understandable that sometimes we would rather simply say “That cannot be true!” and stop there. Or people call others liars but fail to elaborate. If I’m going to make a claim, I’m going to back it up.
Campaign Spending 2024
Campaign finance is public information, and candidates need to submit forms at certain times in the year. You can look at the bottom left of the 1st page, where it lists 4b. Campaign Expenses. From there, add up the totals, and you can see how much a candidate spends for a given election!
Note: Individuals with $0 either do not have a campaign finance account registered (AL) or reported no campaign expenditures for the 2024 election (KA, CO, AG).
